Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
Return Eligibility
Returned items should meet the following conditions:
- unused
- original packaging retained
- product remains in original condition
- quality issue or approved return request
We may ask for order confirmation or photos to help process the request.
Return Shipping
We currently provide free return shipping for approved returns.
No restocking fee is charged.
Refund Processing
After the returned package is received and inspected:
- refund review: 1–2 business days
- bank/payment provider processing: 7–10 business days
